There are various reasons why I haven't been around much on LJ for the last half-year, but the most important reason is that I have been terribly busy at work. I probably shouldn't say this in case I jinx something, but today I realised that it is in fact possible to have too much time travelling to the airport. So I'm still enjoying the sun and the classes and the surroundings and the people I'm getting to know here in Tucson, but not so much the nerves before my own presentation on Saturday and the feelings of inadequacy that comes from being around all these brilliant people in the same field as me.
